Botwing One is the robot at the centre of our programme: a compact, modular platform with plug-and-play sensors, a camera, and expansion ports, so learners can start simple and keep adding to it.

A mounted camera lets the robot see its surroundings—the starting point for line following, object spotting and future vision projects.

A small screen shows what the robot is doing—system status, sensor readings and connections—so learners can see inside the machine.

Standard I²C connectors on the deck let sensors and modules plug straight in. No soldering, no custom wiring—just connect and code.

The main board runs the learner's code. It reads the sensors, makes decisions and drives the motors—the “think” part of sense, think, act.

Omni-directional wheels let the robot move sideways and turn on the spot, so navigation projects are smoother and more fun to test.

A clear top deck on standoffs over the electronics. Easy to see, easy to open, and ready for extra layers, brackets and extensions.

Sensors and modules connect over I²C. Add a distance sensor, swap a module or try a new input in seconds.

Mounting points and spare ports mean the robot grows with the learner—grippers, extra sensors, new layers.

The onboard display and camera make the robot's state visible, so debugging becomes part of learning.

Every level of our robotics pathway is designed around this platform, from first build to independent projects.
